"I thought I would break the tradition of moaning and congratulate you on a fantastic service you offer. I processed an online order yesterday to buy a watch. It said on the screen that if the order was processed before 12noon, I would receive it the following day.
IT ARRIVED AS PROMISED. That has to be a first!!
I really want to say that you have got a great set up down there and you provided me with a brilliant service. The website was funky, easy to use and I think the option to change the colour is great. I spoke to a woman who was really helpful, and the package is in good condition and the presentation box and ball are amazing.
This is a Christmas present for my fiancé and I know that she will love it.
So all that's left to say is THANK YOU. If only more companies were more like you!!!

"Hello....I just wanted to say that my order came in a timely fashion ( enough for me to have it personally engraved before his birthday) and was perfectly packaged. The surprise for my husband's birthday was perfect. He had first tried on the watch in Vancouver, Canada several years ago and again in a store in Halifax, Canada. (east coast) We never purchased it due to myself going to university, etc etc.... We have since moved to the U.S. where nobody seems to sell the line. So, I ordered it from the source and he is so thrilled! Thank you so much......I really appreciated your care and service.
