When you buy a watch from our website we can offer you free strap alterations.
Simply wrap a tape measure around your wrist to the comfortable fit you would like your watch, if you prefer a tight or loose fit just adjust the tape measure accordingly. If you don't have a tape measure simply wrap a piece of paper or string around your wrist and measure the length with a ruler. Please supply your chosen measurement in Centimetres. Note the strap will be altered to the nearest size to your supplied measurement as possible.
Once a product has been customised it cannot be returned for exchange or refund due to personal preference. Alternatively, after receiving the item it can be taken to a STORM boutique for alterations. Details of STORM boutiques can be found here.
Email with your order id and your wrist measurement for your strap to be altered.
