RETURNS PROCEDURE

 


 

To obtain service for your item, please send it to us following the instructions below.

Please ensure you enclose a letter with the item clearly stating ALL of the information listed below: 

  • Your full name
  • Your Return address
  • Daytime telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Description of the fault 
  • Description of the work you would like carried out
  • If applicable a copy of your proof of purchase
  • The postal service you would like us to use when returning your item.

We require the proof of purchase/Sales Receipt to be sent in with the item, if it is within the Guarantee period, and you are claiming a free of charge service under manufacturing defect. If the item is over the Guarantee period, or if the service is not covered under the Guarantee, i.e. it is a chargeable service, then we do not require any proof of purchase/sales receipt to be sent in.  

Please ensure the item is well packaged. We recommend using bubble wrap and sent in a padded/secure envelope. Please do not send in the STORM box as this may cause damage to the item and will cost more in postage charges. We advise you to send it Registered / Special Delivery post so that it is insured against damage / loss. We can not take any responsibility for damage or loss during transit.

Return Postage & Packing charge for UK is:

  • £6.00  (UK) via Royal Mail "Signed For" post (No compensation for loss/damage)
  • £8.00  (UK) via Royal Mail "Special Delivery" post (with compensation for loss/damage)
  • £10.00 (EU) via Royal Mail "International Signed" post (Up to £50.00 compensation for loss)
  • £12.00 (Rest of the World) via Royal Mail "International Signed" post (Up to £50.00 compensation for loss)

For UK customers:
Please state on your covering letter, which postal service you would like us to use when returning your item back to you, either Signed For or Special Delivery. If no return postal service is stated, we will send back via our standard Royal Mail "Signed For" post which does not offer compensation for any loss or damage. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if this service is used.

Once we receive your item we will process it, and will advise you if there are any charges or issues. 

We process items usually within two weeks, but please allow up to 28 days (from date received) for this service.

Please note that we do not provide confirmation of receiving the item. To track the item or to confirm the delivery, please contact the postal services.

We will contact you by e-mail or phone with the quote, before work is carried out.

In most cases we will e-mail you a PayPal invoice which can be paid via your PayPal account or credit card. Please ensure you clearly state your e-mail address on the letter with the item.
